They help me run my house, which is let for weekend guests when I am away. They pick up all the pieces in my absence, are alert to the needs of the house, guests and me, and handle it all sensitively and responsively.
The house is cleaner than it have ever been, however their remit goes much further than the cleaning needs of the house and I am grateful for their help every week checking the property, altering the heating /water settings, liaising about keys, ensuring laundry is processed through an external company, noticing small details that need resolving and communicating with me. They are prepared to go the distance in the work that they undertake and I have no hesitation recommending them as household Angels.
